Either Northwestern is very good, or Wisky is really bad. Either way, we have no easy 6th win, especially with our defense and penalties.

And I hate to give props to a Northwestern player, but AJ Henning (Lincoln-Way East Kid, my kids go there) is such a good player when you get him touches.

Right now, if the scores hold we're simply a Rutgers win from needing almost all the help we need from being 2 wins away from the B10 Championship. We need Northwestern to win this. Just got to beat them when we face them

I hate to be that guy, and a banner for winning the West would be great, but do we really want to see our defense this year on the field against Michigan or Ohio State?

If we did this against Indiana at home, that game would be really ugly, and in front of a massive audience. It really could hurt the program more than it could help.

Don't care. Get me to Indy please.

Edit: Also, what the hell Northwestern. Why have they come out so well from their internal issues.

STANDINGS:
I’m anxious to see the updated Big 10 West chart of potential outcomes……after all of today’s games are completed.

We have to be close to controlling our own destiny for a shot at Michigan or OSU.

TIE-BREAKERS:
We want to tie with Minnesota and/or Iowa of course, provided ties come into play.

It absolutely would not hurt the program. This program would kill for a chance to play in the championship game.

You can’t win it if you’re not in it.

If you have a chance to be in the big 10 championship game you take it. You never know the outcome in the game unless you play it. Maybe we lose 99 times, but you only have to win once. And are you going to be the one who tells Johnny Newton there's no point in taking the firld?

Nowhere close at this point, unless Rutgers pulls improbable comeback.

Iowa is in super catbird seat. They will only need to win one out of next two games to clinch West, given other outcomes.

Fleck about to be on super hot seat. Looking like 5-7 is very reasonable outcome for Minnesota.

I highly doubt he is on the hot seat.
