Somebody explain to me why Iowa kicked the extra point instead of going for 2 points? They turned a three score game into a four score game where they still need three more scores. Scratching my head over that decision.

It's from the Lovie Smith school of conservative coaching...........particularly when you have a Top 5 defense and you're playing at home. (Still, I would not have done it!)

Beginning to look like a typical Squawkeye game that Ferentz somehow wins. Hopefully Nebraska comes out less conservative.

Also, this is why you don't go for 2 in 3rd qtr.
