Not to give the punter a bad rap, but in no ways would I trust him to outrun anyone on the OSU defense for 50 yards. If he gets caught on the 5....it world have been hysterical. They did the right thing.

Has anyone ever seen a team win a game like that after their starting qb gets hurt on first play of game. Was only out 1 play but I don’t recall ever seeing that before. IU has a great team and they have a destiny’s darling sort of feel to them.
IU being this good in football is impossible for my brain to reconcile. Makes me feel like I'm living in bizarro world. And I hate it.

It doesn't need to be the punter though, could be Mendoza or a running back. It's actually exactly what they did against Iowa IIRC.
