4th and 1, I hate running it from a shotgun formation. Why force the running back to make up that many yards??? Especially with Bama's bad o-line.
Agree. If gonna go from shotgun rather see them run Bryce and use RB as another blocker. But then we might not have been treated to that annoyed, whiny Saban face.

The Texas kicker being named Bert Auburn is absolutely hilarious. Alabama is about to lose to a Texas team playing with their backup QB, who is playing on one leg. Drop them like an absolute rock in the rankings if Bryce Young can't pull off the miracle.

Texas gonna Texas. Bryce Young is good. The rest of Bama, I'm unconvinced. Their o-line is brutal and penalties for days.
at least Northwestern lost to Duke! Also Miznoz losing by 20 to KSU. Already a good day. Let's bring it home with an Illini victory

longhorn - bama game was exciting , but I believe a longhorn victory would have been beneficial for college FB........Elevate texas back into the picture and isn't it time for bama to have some misfortune ??...............need more parity in the upper echelon of college FB and would make for a more wide open playoff race.....................JMHO.............

One big difference with Bama this year that they brought up during the 1st half is that this Bama team doesn't have a speedy receiver that can burn a team over the top like they have in the past.
