Fleck might be a goof and overrated. But hard to believe the Minnesota is going to get someone much better than him. He's had a decent run of things and if he keeps at this level of play he'll stick around.

I was there for that. I remember as time was ticking down the security guards were telling us, "Don't do it." And then when the clock hit 00, they just got out of the way. One of my buddies was up on the goal post. IU's QB missed their RB out of the backfield wide open and didn't toss it to him on the 2-point try in the 3rd OT.
The B10 West is an effing dumpster fire. I get the "I just want the Illini to make a bowl game" crowd, but my gosh, going just 6-6 this season would be such a monumental missed opportunity it's embarrassing. The West Division could be handed to us on a silver platter this year if we could just get average o-line and linebacker play. Irritating.
