C'mon in 1998 we rushed the field against Middle Tennessee State. Sure it was after 0-11, but we did not even knock down thee goalpost, so our credentials are iffy

Beavers rolled them. Walters defensive genius reputation takes a hit. Beavers rumble 57 times for 341 yards and 4 TDs.
A couple of interesting stats. Despite the mileage piled up by Beavers on ground, Purdue actually had a higher yards per carry average thanks in part to a 63 yard run by Mockabee — 8.8 to 6.0. And Card went just 7 for 17 for 56 yards despite the fact Beavers had 0 sacks
Kydran Jenkins had quite a game for Purdue. Went into game with 11 tackles and 1.5 sacks. Last night he finished with 16 tackles, 2 sacks and 3 tackles for loss.
Have several friends that are BC alum, so would have been happy for their win. But since they beat Jonathan Smith, I’m ecstatic. Former Beavers coach loses and his replacement beats Purdue. Doesn’t get much better for Beaver fans than that.

not saying BC is crap , but Mich St needed to win that game even if played on the road .
if we keep playing as we should , no reason that game should be anything less than a likely win .

I forgot to add that this is Elite Level Muck Fichigan.
That guy ran about 130 yards for that score. Now, the play is a non story if he would have done the right thing and gotten away from it(could have been a disaster), but given the outcome....pretty remarkable.
It was announced during yesterday's show that Gameday will be in Tuscaloosa next weekend for Georgia/Alabama.
Makes sense.
