This is Week 7 news but I'll put it here.

When you consider that-

1) Indiana-Ohio State is not a protected game
2) The B1G is so big that teams avoid 8 league opponents each regular season
3) Matchups for this year were announced back in Oct 2023

It's quite the great fortune for the Big Ten that Ohio State at Indiana is happening on Oct 17th, also considering-

1) These are the last two National Champions in college football
2) Right now these are the 2 highest ranked B1G teams, & only league teams in the AP Top 10
3) This game will feature the current leading candidate to win the Heisman Trophy
4) This is a rematch of last season's blockbuster Big Ten title game

Talk about a rare matchup, and it's 100% Big Ten.

So today when the designations were released.. Ohio State at Indiana is a Noon ET game on FOX.

Reading around, apparently Noon was the only real option for this colossal matchup.

Imho the Big Ten should have intervened here and made this a night game. I know this would've been a night game in another league.
