also wondering what the rule is. the ball was released and the foot was kicked out afterward - shouldn't it be that the basket counts and a foul. it used to be that way with charges if released before the contact. was there a rule change?
And then down on the other end the UK kid does the same thing. Throws his feet out and they call 3 shot foul on A&M.
Glad A&M pulled it out in OT. Refs tried to give it to UK.

A&M wins. Now let’s root for TCU and Washington St tonight! Could be as high as 6th come Monday if we do our part and others keep losing.

1,2,3,5,6,9,11,17,18,19,21,23 all lose this week 🤷🏻‍♂️

#20 Utah State trailing late second half… few others still to play… madness.
No great teams this year. Even without TJ we can beat anyone. I still think we have another level to go up if either of the 2 frosh can become rotation pieces. And I think one or both will be giving us 10-15 good minutes a night by the postseason.

If we get TJ back I think we could legit win the whole thing this year.

Wow, what a finish between Utah State and UNLV. Rebels up 4 with 13 seconds and Utah State hits a three while UNLV fouls a guy while boxing out, so they get 2 more free throws. They hit them both. a 5 point play! And win by a point.

1) UNLV players should not have even been trying for a rebound, 2) it was not a foul. guy that hit both was 65% FT on year but was 12/13 for game, was UT St's first lead of game

That was a wild call. Dumb to block out at all, but no way that should be called in that situation.

Missed last night's update due to...let's call it weather, but here's today's updated conference efficiency margin:

Thoughts:
- Now only 4 teams outscoring their opponents, and Indiana is just barely above. Giving more and more support that its' a 3 team league with a bunch of middling teams fighting for a couple NCAA tournament spots, and nobody truly terrible (except maybe PSU?).
- Rutgers and Maryland go on the road to MSU and Illinois tomorrow to see if they are still relevant in the conference's bubbly middle.
- Even though MSU and Michigan are right next to each other in EM, the schedules have not been the same. MSU has lost to Wisconsin, Northwestern, Nebraska and Illinois, while Michigan has lost to Indiana, Minnesota, Penn State and Maryland. MSU's schedule should let up shortly, while Michigan is just about to get into the rough part of their schedule.

If TCU could hit their free throws they would be up big on Houston
