Spartans are just chucking shots up, and the Dookies are having their way on their end. MSU headed out of the top 25 this week . . . ?

Colgate up 46-30 at half. 8-15 from 3.

Should we watch Iowa get steamrolled? Yeah, it will be therapeutic. Maybe Frantic Fran will get punched.

Nice watching a defensive optional game. Wow, squawkeyes with the early lead.

Watched a bit of the Illini scout team showdown. ISU vs. EIU
First play of the second half, Lieb stole a pass at the top of the key intended for Hamlin, took it the length of the court & dunked it. 😳
ISU now up by 7 with 9 min to go.
Ooops. Replied to your post in the other thread with this. Lol

A lot of people (including me!) are harsh on our football fans and want more intensity, passion and loyalty out of our fan base as we try to build and improve our program. With that said, I wanted to pat our basketball fans on the back for being awesome and give another example of Ohio State's relatively pathetic fan support.

OSU just sold 7,929 tickets for their most recent home game. They have a capacity of 18,809, so that is about 42% full (not counting no-shows). Ohio State basketball has been INFINITELY more successful than Illini football, and the equivalent would be us drawing 25,000 fans to Memorial Stadium. The lowest we have drawn all year was just under 47,000 for a Friday night game vs. Nebraska.

We have underratedly loyal football fans, and it almost seems like outsiders hold us to a weirdly high and unfair standard given how bad we have been in football. Simultaneously, we don't often get enough respect (yet) for having one of the best basketball fan bases in the nation.

On the last part… it’s widely known that Illinois has a lot of fans, and that we’re CRAZY! Lol

Watching Missouri and Minnesota. They both run and gun the threes , Illini better have their track shoes out when they play them.

Gophers up 46-32 under 18 left.

Minnesota seems greatly improved.
Miznoz seems to have regressed. They have a dude named Grill with a punchable grill, and a punchable game to match. Just got thrown out of the game for douchebaggery and bumping into a ref.
