Indiana State giving MSU a game. Fun, well-coached team they got down in Terre Haute this year. (They also got a fat kid with glasses who can ball, which is a nice bonus.)

McNeesse State looks to have some good players on that team, I'm sure BU is looking for a grown man to replace some of super-seniors.

FAU down 9 to Florida Gulf Coast at half. Tricky game for the Owls as it is their first true road game coming off a thrilling emotional rollercoaster of a win.

I don't know what to make of FAU... they have a super weird profile now with the bad losses to Bryant and FGCU. They are going to wind up a 5 or 6 seed or something and some teams in their bracket will not be happy.
also play in a tougher conference this season(AAC) with teams like Memphis. Will be interesting to see how their season unfolds

There was never going to be a world where FAU didn’t have a handful of bad losses this year. They were smart to schedule such a difficult noncon. When you play a full conference schedule of “scrubs” to half decent mid majors + Memphis they were bound to have some let downs

This same FGCU squad needed OT and a lucky bounce on a buzzer beating three pointer just to beat NAIA Florida Memorial in their last game. And they were already down 3 starters too apparently.

Sounds like FAU just didn't bother to suit up for this one which is going to bite them in the behind in terms of seeding.

I just think there's a general lack of mental toughness these days among ball players. No one brings their A+ game every night. But some guys never get below B+ But most guys are anywhere between an A and a D.

We'll miss TJ not just because of his talent, but also because of his mental toughness that probably was rubbing off on the other guys.

They sure looked tough last night. Hope it continues. But I kinda anticipate we're going to throw up a couple games like FAU tonight.

Prior to the last few seasons, Hamilton had FSU on a tremendous 4-year run, including a really good COVID team. Considering FSU’s a football school, Hamilton’s far exceeded expectations.

And he missed the tournament the 4 years before that. He's made 8 NCAA tournaments in over 20 years as a head coach. He's also in his 70s. Moving on from him before it gets worse would be the smart move.

Stanford leading Arizona 60 to 43 early in the 2nd half. Stanford has hit 11 of 16 from 3 point range. Downside is that you have to listen to Bill Walton on the broadcast.

Coach Haase is trying to get himself a memorable win before he’s fired. Noice!
