He’s been a man defensively in the OTs. 40+ minutes and counting.
He’s everything we thought he would be.
What a fun game to watch. I believe he's played around 46-7 mins out of 50. Double-double: 13 pts / 14 boards.

Big VT win if they can make their FTs here and keep UVA from sinking a trey.

[EDIT: Goodness. UVA ties it off a rebounded airball. Going to 3OT]

Today is obviously football day, but I'm really excited about the B1G games this weekend and we've got 2 good ones tomorrow.

MSU @ Nebraska will be must watch TV.

USC @ Michigan not as exciting but I'm just interested to see if USC challenges Michigan at all. Would be nice to see Michigan look beatable for once.

Same here. It would take a pretty big collapse, but we need Nebraska to remain in the top 30 of the NET Rankings (they're currently #15) since we lost to them at home. If they can beat MSU tonight, they have a chance to go on a real tear ... especially if they're as good as we think they might be.

Jan. 2 - vs. #14 Michigan State (Q1)
Jan. 5 - at #44 Ohio State (Q1)
Jan. 10 - at #33 Indiana (Q1)
Jan. 13 - vs. #95 Oregon (Q3)
Jan. 17 - at #72 Northwestern (Q1)
Jan. 21 - vs. #54 Washington (Q2)
Jan. 24 - at #108 Minnesota (Q2)
Jan. 27 - at #1 Michigan (Q1)
Feb. 1 - vs. #10 Illinois

They'll obviously be underdogs in Ann Arbor, but other than that?? They have some tests (e.g., at OSU and at Indiana), but win tonight and it's not out of the realm of possibility that the Huskers are 20-1, possibly even ranked in the top 5 and with one of the better resumes in the country when the Illini travel to Lincoln for a chance at revenge. Given we will have some extra motivation for that one, I want it to be the most marquee opportunity possible!

I probably missed it - Where are Hummel? and Bardo? doing play by play (color)?

Stephen Bardo, a former professional basketball player and college basketball analyst for the Big Ten Network and Fox Sports, has publicly stated he is
leaving the United States due to a "last straw" incident involving racial mistreatmentand the desire for "sovereignty" and peace. He has relocated to Mexico.

From a Google search

USC hasn’t come close to scoring 6 minutes into the game. UM plays with energy.

He posted a video on his fb page. 2 things i remember were weather and the grind effecting his health. Got tired of it.
He does an update frequently about moving abroad.
