I don’t know… she’s a ton of fun to watch, and as someone with a daughter who love ball it’s super cool how much attention she’s bringing to women’s basketball.
If I had a choice, assuming the two matchups are with middling teams and are of no consequence to the beloved Illini, to drive 30 minutes east to watch Purdue men’s team play a game or drive 30 minutes west to watch Iowa women’s team, I would choose to go west

I.) This is a scientific study; and although not perfect. It more than likely carries more weight than the random opinion of a random person. It’s one thing to be skeptical. But to completely dismiss it as not having ANY merit is quite another.
2.) “ It is undeniably easier to put a smaller object into a hole than it is a larger object” So by that rationale we could expect Shaquille O’Neal (after practicing a year) to shoot more accurately from the free throw line with a kids mini basketball? Nope. Likewise, we should expect Caitlin Clark’s three point shot accuracy to increase significantly with the same mini-ball. Nah.
I think there’s a little more to it than you’re trying to say there is.

Did anyone else want to criticize the Whosiers new home uniforms? :) :)
College Basketball Fans Roast Indiana for Nightmarish Black and Red Jerseys

They look like uniforms made for a pick up all star weekend In rec league. “Pull your size out of the bag”

A guard scoring 44 points a game for his career playing in the 60's with no shot clock and no three point line is so insane I feel like the sports world has never even been able to process it.

Maravich's all time record for total points in NCAA history was done in 83 total games. Quincy Guerrier has played 156 games so far in his career, just as a point of comparison.
And Virginia has 21 points with 16 minutes left

i’m starting to think IU parts ways with Woodson in 3 weeks
Possibly. They've got get this next coach the right decision because the last couple of hires have been pretty bad. Hiring Woodson was a head scratcher.

Iowa State vs Houston hasn't been a fun watch... 11 to 4 about halfway through 1st half o_O

Courtney Greene would have burned through about 3 whistles in this Hou/Ia St first half. Teams are playing physical! Want to stay on opposite sides of the bracket from these two teams next month.

Iowa State is keeping it close. Down 5 with almost 5 to go. They might be able to pull this off 😲 A lot of 5's there...

I’m so Thankful watching this Iowa state-Houston game that we can hit free throws.

This ISU@Houston game is a defensive bloodbath.

The most attractive part of this game might be the cheerleaders. Both teams blow for blow (defensively). Iowa state is running out of time.

How dare you not worship at the feet of Caitlin Clark!!!! /s

The over the top love fest is tough to deal with. She deserves accolades, no doubt. Very good player. Pistol Pete she isn’t.
How dare people get excited about the prolific scorer in college basketball because she “isn’t Pistol Pete”…who graduated college over 50 years ago and scored 44 points/game by taking nearly 40 shots per game.

I mean…she’s electric, fun to watch, and has such a love and enthusiasm for the game…and that brings eyes to the sport. How is this a bad thing?

i think houston has 6 or 7 guys out there at all times, suffocating
Houston isn’t tall but they are quick and strong and storm the ball. Don’t think you can beat them inside as they will be all over you with several players. They stay in front and double on the screen. Not a relaxing team to play. Shead is a baller.
