It's crazy to hear that it's been 7 years since UNC won the ACC outright. They almost choked on a big one at the end there

It's kind of amazing how far ahead of every other team that Houston, Purdue and UConn are. Arizona, Tennessee, UNC and Marquette are a step behind, but it's going to be hard not to put those 3 teams in every final four of any bracket I make.

Right now, if I had to choose UCONN vs the field....I'd take UCONN. They're just on a different level than everyone else.

Kentucky winning at Knoxville, shows Tennesse vulnerable..volunteers may have lost their 1 seed.
Houston looked like a Goliath today against Kansas...

You might want to remove them from your list. They're getting smoked by USC :ROFLMAO: Fits this season very well!

Looking at the whole season, they're on a second tier with the other 3 teams I mentioned were a step behind the top 3. It's a very top heavy bracket this year, and there's a huge dropoff after the top 4 seeds.

Put a different way, none of the Power 6 conferences had a shared champion this season. Houston, Purdue and UConn won the top 3 conferences by multiple games. Tennessee, Arizona and UNC won their conferences outright. There's been a clear gap all season in metrics with those top 3, though, and it's only widened as the season has progressed.

But it took an all American Bronny to do it.

Like UConn’s overall size and depth. Reasonable size against Edey and he is only advantage I see with Purdue. Shead an advantage for Houston but UConn a plus at the rest of the matchups. Going to need a hot shooting night with a cold night for UConn to beat them. Can happen but odds against it.
