Ant Wright has addressed it a few times on Twitter. Here is a post with a graphic about the different rules nfhs/ncaa/nba

And here a ref who posted about it

That helps. It also makes me feel even more strongly that NCAA should just move to the international lane size, which is basically the NBA lane width, if they are going to call lane violations like this.

I'm biased on this, as I've long said that NCAA should just use the international floor markings at a minimum (can't bring myself to advocate for a 24-second shot clock in college). But one foot in and one foot out, while maybe easier to call, doesn't seem to fit the spirit of a player just camping out in the lane.

8 minutes left Looks like some of the players on both Wisc and NW are starting to drag

I've somewhere along the line here defaulted to whatever he's doing down there must be legal because the commentators literally never point it out 🤷‍♂️
I was listening to the game on Sirius, broadcasters mentioned that he resets by putting one foot out of box and then right back in. Also mentioned that he may not get away with that in the NCAAs.
I'm paraphrasing and also was listening to MSU broadcast team.

Looking like another double-digit win for Auburn. When they win, man are they efficient (hence the high NET). I cannot recall any other team to have no single digit wins at this point of the season that wasn't terrible.

According to us or according to all the fans in the league? Cuz if the latter, I am afraid there’s an overwhelming choice for the top of list that we don’t want to see

Can we all agree that this is the play of the day, so far?

watching Wichita St-UAB which is tied at 52 with 7 min left. I had a thought / trivia question (I don't know answer): of the 300+ Div I teams, how many mascots are non-animals vs. animals?

Looks like animals dominate

AJ "definitely don't need" Storr with 25 pts so far. 8-13.
He would make an excellent replacement for TSJ. Come home AJ. You made the right first choice in HS to commit to Illinois. he would be copying Quincy's path.
