He's getting frustrated the same way Kofi did.

Edey definitely went over the back, but Crowl threw an elbow after the foul was called.

Edey got hosed a bit there.
I thought the same thing. Also not sure why the referees didn't even bother going to the monitor to check on a flagrant 2 for Crowl. I watched a player for South Florida get tossed in the USF-Wichita State game yesterday for similar contact. Add that Crowl threw an elbow (the USF was more of a soft punch if I'm being honest), and I am struggling to understand what the differences are.

Painter may have to put Edey in at least for a while. Purdue's lost offensively right now.

Loyer is getting good at that away from the ball screen flop. Didn’t he pull that on us late in the game which really cost us?

That was about the least over the back I've seen on him all year. He usually gets away with ten times worse.

I'll just say how refreshing it is to have Ian Eagle as the lead CBS basketball play by play guy instead of Jim Nantz. Nantz is great on golf and good on football, but I never did really care for him on basketball games. Just feel like Grant Hill is extra and unnecessary on this crew. Should just be Eagle and Raftery. Those two have worked a lot together on other broadcasts in the past, so they should have similar chemistry to what Verne and Raftery (forever my favorite basketball broadcast duo) had.
