Same old story - slow start, too many second chance points, offensive rebounding was pathetic, they make a little run, but lose against. But hey, I'm sure Groce loved there Energy! :frustrated:

I'm not able to get to games often due to my job. For those of you who attend, what is the ordinary pregame workout set for Illinois? I'm trying to think of reasons why we are so consistently flat-footed to start games out.

The real question is, will Illinois even be seen on the Jamuary special?

We made 16 buckets. The 40 we missed must have all been contested. I guess Groce has to go.

When are we going to hold the players accountable?

This is just really sad. The players look like they have zero confidence. Wisconsin is clearly a better coached team. Not even close.

This reminded me of the Florida St. game in some ways. We weren't that far off, the opponent kept us at bay but we were still able to make some runs at times giving us false hope of a possible comeback.

Watching the game made me feel sad more than angry. Sad at how low our program has gotten. :(

Feel terrible for Malcolm. He's worked so hard to get to this point in his career and he needed a big game tonight, but his shot just wouldn't fall.

Ummm...He recruited the players. He's being held accountable for not having them prepared as well as the fact that they're not very good...
