GREAT! Now for those who don't follow the recruits until they commit (me) what's the expectation for Colbert?

Much more tactful and gracious than SM's commitment...albeit less funny.

I think people might underestimate how big of a deal this is.
Illinois does not usually get guys from the East Coast...especially when they have offers from other Eastern teams, and a team from Florida. It can be difficult to bring those kids to the ''middle of nowhere'' as they probably think, but that is a testament to how good of a recruiter Groce is. |

Welcome to the family, Colbert.
I haven't seen anything talking to his current ranking. I know those are awful subjective, but where is he falling right now on the various ranking sites? __________________ One word... Consistency. |

![]() Now, focus 100% attention on KBD, Zabo, and Austin and see if we can grab any two of them. IF KBD commits earlier than most expect, then we could see Zabo or Austin do the same just to join in before the door closes on '14. Give Groce 2+ years on the class of '15, and watch out. |

top 100 pf from outside our usual recruiting base who visits, and then picks us a month later after adding another school, 'nova. coach groce is earning his rep as a recruiter with this first class. now on to '14 and kbd. lastly, when can these kids sign, again? |
