First off, I left one game off the list as it is very covered elsewhere on this site. Beyond Spokane, there are an amazing number of games on a Saturday. Ken Pom lists 103 Division 1 games today. Those that were of at least some interest to me include:
Wisky at Marquette . . . . 5:00 pm UCLA at Texas . . . . . . . . 4:15 pm (hoping this one is embarassing all round )Va Tech at W. Va . . . . . . 3:00 Arkansas at scUM . . . . . Live now, Razorbacks trailing by 10 at the half Butler at Northwestern . . 7:00 pm Minnesota at USC . . . . . . 9:30 (might gain a little intel about Gophers here) Any more that you are interested in? |

Georgetown in another ugly game today against Towson, leading 17 to 15 at halftime. Wow!

Under 8:00 in the Arkansas/scUM game.
Hogs 55 scUM 59 Competitive game. More inside basketball than we are used to seeing, but that isn't creating more points, about the same. |

I would really like to have Gary Harris on my team. He is single-handily beating Loyola right now.

PU looks like one of the 3 worst teams in the B1G right now. Down 46-42 at East. Michigan with 1:35 left. 4-4 record and no offensive talent to speak of.

Watching Army-PSU it's amazing how few fans are at the game at Happy Valley.
I know it's a football school and the BBall team is nothing to write home about, but still........ |

Mizzou looks really sloppy AGAIN. They were trailing most of the first half, and if they keep this type of play up, we could beat them by 10 or more IMO.

GW trailing by 3 with 20 seconds to go and the ball.
They are still in it, Bruce (It was weird to look up and see Wayne McLain on the sidelines) KSU hangs on, wins by 3. Last edited by FeelYourPaign; Dec 8, 2012 at 02:45 PM. |

I find myself checking the Bragging Rights game off as a win. I know it won't be easy, but Mizzou seems like they're as overrated as we are lately. Obviously the loss of Dixon is huge. I just hope mizzou doesn't have any bad losses until we play them.
