Egwu has been improving little by little each game from what I've seen. Today he took a HUGE leap forward.

Great win, much better effort from this team. Generally teams probably play about 5 games above their ability level, 5 below their ability level, and the rest of the games are a pretty accurate representation of how good a team is. This game was one of those games where we played 5 above our ability level but that being said I think this shows that every time this team steps on the court they have a legitimate chance to win the game. I hope the improved rebounding and hustle sticks but only time will tell.

He had a tough match up against Amir Williams and he rose to the occasion, were all proud of the guy.

Also i loved the fact that we played our guards on Deshaun Thomas instead of our forwards. I thought even though he got his points we limited what he could do as a complete package and didn't let him score AS WELL AS get his teammates involved. Total team effort all around today.

Impressive bounce back win. Hopefully it's the start of Egwu's maturation.

Wow, Thomas shot the ball 21 times! I was an above average scorer in HS basketball (15ppg), but I don't ever remember shooting the ball 21 TIMES. I liked to score, but getting a teammate a pass that leads to a score was satisfying as well.
Not comparing my HS career to Thomas's college career, but he might have to ice his shoulder. Volume scorer and streaky shooter.

They did a good job of forcing him to shoot today i felt, didn't give him a chance to get others involved, it's almost like we schemed it that way.

Wish I could have seen it. The score is incredible. It does make the Purdue game look like an aberration and winning one that I thought we'd lose does make up for a loss we absolutely should have won. In the quest for an NCAA bid this is huge as was Wednesday. Kudos for turning this around though. Very impressive. It would have been the easiest thing in the world to lose today. Without knowing How we won it sure is impressive.

+1, its nice to see his game improve, and I think he could be a special player by years end. Minn game will be a huge test for him.

It makes the Purdue game look exactly like it was...poorly officiated. Like every game at that dump.
Thank God there was no TV Ted out there today.

Last minute would have been a good time to put in MS, MLT, Ibby and KB and let the crowd give the starters a standing O for a great game and build some crowd momentum for Minny game.

You left out the fact that the football team lost 6 in a row last year which directly affects this year's BB team.

I've been at work so I didn't get to see the game. Can somebody tell me how we were able to dominate OSU? I'm assuming we came out with way more intensity than we did against PU.
