In answer to the last question in the 2015 thread, yes, the White Sox appear to be on par with the Royals and Tigers behind the Indians in a clustered and weak AL Central.
These projections have caveats. For example, I don't think the Royals were expected to be very good last year. But they are based on the statistics of the players that are currently on the team. Replacing Garcia in right with someone that is actually a Major Leaguer could make a huge difference.
