look its real simple, take smith out of the picture and our chance with JT is about 33% that's 33% for us for Mizzu and for KU

if the Illini can get smith then our odds just up a ton to get JT its not rocket science
By this logic, JT stays @ 33% even if MS does commit.
Well it kind of has been already.

yes I am saying right now the odds of us getting Smith are about 95%
JT is about 33%

Ayo is about 70-80%

THT 50% more based on not knowing how many rides we will have

as things changes the % goes up or down

I concur, tired of seeing his name in this thread and makes me cringe every time I see it brought up. BUT, from what I have heard in the last 24 hours, there are legs to the story of him being still interested in UofI.

If I was Underwood, I would let the ship sail and let bygones be bygones but it is a huge position of need now/future. Shall be an interesting upcoming week...

:tsk: no one should even remotely think BU would turn down tilmon Bc he decommitted...

I'll need the good news on Wednesday. We're putting down a family pet that day.

Good news that his family couldn't convince Mark to visit Kentucky/Duke after his tOSU visit. Has to be down to us and MSU for sure at this point.

Why would you not include OSU, the school where he just had an OV?

As all this math is giving me a headache and because at its core it is nothing more than hypotheticals, lets look at something that is reality.

Go to youtube and watch the 89 Flying Illini game at the end of the year against Iowa. I saw it live so there was no suspense.

Watch the game from the standpoint of what BU has said about scoring in the first 7 seconds and if there is nothing there working the defense for 20-25 seconds until they make a mistake.

That is all this game was. Rebound, outlet, spacing, everybody to the basket full bore. Nothing there pull the ball out and run offense for a while.

We scored 115 points against the 15th ranked team in America. It is beyond entertaining basketball. If BU can get that approach going again we will get all the guards that we need going forward.

By the way, Iowa had Ed Horton at 6'8", Bullard at 6'10" and Les Jepson at 7'0". We laid those numbers on a team bigger than us.
