Underwood mentioned Kipper has one of the highest 3pt % on the team so far from the skill workouts. Kipper has to start IMO.
LOL, and to think there were a lot of people on here who didn't think KN could shoot the 3 nor that he would beat out DJW.

Could Finke possibly play the 5 position. He's 6'10'' so he definitely has the height/size.

I still think Kendrick Nunn every time I see Kipper's initials.
We should start a pool on the starting line-up game one. Aero Smith, Flash Frasier, TJ Bullet, Swish Land, Kip Tip, Lebound, Dunke, Djwilwin, DaWilwin, or tbn. It's a long time to game time and we need to keep our focus.
I love AJ's attitude, but let's be honest after 2 years we know what we have there (and don't bring the argument that he didn't get enough PT - his PT was what it was for a reason). With the (hopeful) addition of MS today and the addition of TF...there are just better options. Jordan's attitude and energy on the bench is applaudable - but that's where it belongs.
I'm excited about this year...go Illini!
Kipper is gonna find a way into this lineup.
Lucas/Smith/Frazier, JCL, Kipper, Black, Finke.
I just wish I had more confidence in JCL.
And mentioned his ball handling ability. Kipper could easily start at the 3 if BU believes he handles the ball well enough.
I don't think it matters much if you call him a 3 or 4 on offense & on defense I expect him to spend most of his time at the 4 right now, depending on how/if we address our shortage of bigs.
All I know is if JCL isn't in the starting lineup, it better be because somebody else truly earned it.
???!?!?!??!?
Garth Brooks and Kipper today.
You think Kipper knew who Garth is?
I watched a lot of Brooks' video and he should do very well in Underwood's offense.
