I see tyty just decommitted.
And nice to be able to put some leverage on some of these kids that you better jump on train asap if you want on itIndeed he did, I posted after the McDermott comments that everyone should keep an eye on it...
Sure would be something to wind up with Goode, Melendez, Washington, Burnett, and Boakye
Going into the season with just Goode, and ending the season with a starting 5 worth of quality recruits is something.Indeed he did, I posted after the McDermott comments that everyone should keep an eye on it...

Would that mean that Bass would be a catch and release?Indeed he did, I posted after the McDermott comments that everyone should keep an eye on it...

well, well, well...Bass on the 19th followed by Podziemski at the end of the month.
Do we honestly think Burnett would commit with TyTy also committed? Seems pretty counter to his reason for leaving Texas Tech.Indeed he did, I posted after the McDermott comments that everyone should keep an eye on it...

For a consolation prize I would take Goode, Melendez, Podziemski, Burnett, and BoakyeSure would be something to wind up with Goode, Melendez, Washington, Burnett, and Boakye
That would be insane.Indeed he did, I posted after the McDermott comments that everyone should keep an eye on it...

This thread cleaned up nicely
Pass the Kool-Aid this way please. No surprise here with the recruiting momentum and upcoming commits.
This program is probably the program du jour as of now. All over ESPN, CBS Sports, FS, the tweet world, etc. The kids, high school and select coaches, handlers....they see it. The brand of Illinois basketball is skyrocketing. I’d definitely make money if their stock was on Robinhood last year.
The key is, Underwood and staff are taking advantage of it, and going all out on getting their kind of recruits to reload instead of rebuilding.

Obviously you haven’t read the 3/9 games thread — Gonzaga nor the Illini have a brand. /sNo surprise here with the recruiting momentum and upcoming commits.

I think we have to get him. Can you imagine him and Goode draining 3's like they are shooting layups for the next 4 years?I'm probably going against the grain on this one but I would be a bit sad to end up a class that doesn't have Podz. I know other people are worried about his competition but I like a versatile skillset mr. basketball.
Well then he needs to jump. We are done waiting around.I'm probably going against the grain on this one but I would be a bit sad to end up a class that doesn't have Podz. I know other people are worried about his competition but I like a versatile skillset mr. basketball.
