Oh stop.Just got beat by a very good team today, but having to play this matchup in the second round at 11 am with these officials...the NCAA never fails to serve us a s*** sandwich on a silver platter.
That BTT title game comprised the quality and intensity of an Elite 8/FF game IMO.Wouldn’t trade that BTT championship as it was the crowning achievement of our season. But I’m curious what the opening NCAA weekend record is of teams that play Friday, Saturday, Sunday. It sure looked like the best two teams were OSU and us last weekend.
I really doubt it, but won't complain if you're rightWe will be a top 4 seed in the tourney next year
A good portion of those were contested 3s - to Loyola's credit. They ran us off the line a lot. They seemed to have 6 guys on the court on D.Agree 100% If you run your offense through your center, he has to be able to "get the ball out to the open shooter." Of course, we only shot 28.6 from 3 today.
We seems really out of sync. today, on both ends of the floor.
Hit the bottle. Bourbon’s a good place to startI feel really sad and depressed after this game. New fan and hence still adjusting to experiencing heartbreaks. Anyone knows how to mentally bounce back from this ?
Time heals. Think of it this way - there is no ability to enjoy the highs of the great wins without the risk of heartbreak. You have to be in the game and that means you will get both the agony and ecstacy. It hurts, but to be indifferent is worse.I feel really sad and depressed after this game. New fan and hence still adjusting to experiencing heartbreaks. Anyone knows how to mentally bounce back from this ?
Yeah, I take it back. There are definitely 28 teams better than Loyola in the tournament, and the refs did an outstanding job.Oh stop.
Wish I had a good answer for you. Unfortunately, only time will help.I feel really sad and depressed after this game. New fan and hence still adjusting to experiencing heartbreaks. Anyone knows how to mentally bounce back from this ?
Hoo-boy. You sure you want to get on board this train?I feel really sad and depressed after this game. New fan and hence still adjusting to experiencing heartbreaks. Anyone knows how to mentally bounce back from this ?
Haven’t seen people really complaining about that. It’s more about the lack of adjustmentsPeople complaining about Loyola’s seeding or that the game started at 11:15 make me shake my head in bewilderment.

Shocking that so many people are complaining about Kofi's 21/9 game and 80%FTsAgree 100% If you run your offense through your center, he has to be able to "get the ball out to the open shooter." Of course, we only shot 28.6 from 3 today.

No it doesn't fall on ayo and Trents shoulders....we have so many weapons we should be able to overcome any player "down" game. We were simply outcoached.Underwood could have done some things better, no doubt but this falls on Ayo and Trent's shoulders. Ayo picked the worst time to have a crap performance on both sides. His man was blowing by him for easy lay ups all game. Loyola's defense swarmed him all game and it got to him, physically and mentally.
