Somebody on here mentioned a distinct possibility Monte is back, which I would gladly take. TF seems to have a bit more going for him re: international ball, so I could see that transition being easier (i.e., would be very surprised if he's back). Monte showed a willingness to step back his role for the good of the team and we need tough defenders that can guard bigger wings -- his return would be huge. This is why I am leaning toward having TF and Monte move on. We need to look to the future and they would hinder recruiting if they stayed. We need to get longer and more athletic.

I don't see NB committing here anymore. No inside detail but just from reading different opinions. What if I told you we’d get both?

Interesting choice considering point guard is one of the few positions that Bruce has covered.Wait, we missed out on Charmin boy?
Bruce got him? That'll be interesting.
Evidently, his poor shooting, poor D shooting guard cupboard was bare.Interesting choice considering point guard is one of the few positions that Bruce has covered.
It feels like that ship has 4 mast on it and it is sailing very rapidly down the mighty MississippI don't see NB committing here anymore. No inside detail but just from reading different opinions.
Good news on Podz.....he won't be the only commit in the next month or so either...

could be a 21 or transfer....I have said this before but we are right there with tyty
We talkin' 2021, 2022, or transfer here? You have my attention, sir.
The only way that it will work with Giorgi, the other 4 have to be agressive race horses with in your face pressing defense forcing turnovers and always ready to run and attack on each possession. Other than that, forget about it.In fairness, this won't be the case if we play a tall 4 at the same time like Hawkins or BBV. Starting DaMonte at 6'4'' or Slim at 6'6'' is not going to get it done with Giorgi at C. But if the 4 can provide some interior defense, all the sudden Giorgi might have some huge last 2 seasons here. I wouldn't sleep on GB.
Podz and a transfer big (or if Kofi comes back) makes this team really good next year.could be a 21 or transfer....I have said this before but we are right there with tyty
Unless someone offers his AAU coach, HS coach or dad a job days before his commitmentGood news on Podz.....he won't be the only commit in the next month or so either...
Can't go to his left....IT????
true, but if Kofi comes back, we are an elite team next year. We will have some of the best guards in the country and Curbelo could be a dark horse for first team all big ten and big ten poyPodz and a transfer big (or if Kofi comes back) makes this team really good next year.
Add TyTy to the mix and we're probably an elite team again.

We have/had guards currently that can't either and have done pretty well!!Can't go to his left....
Frazier, Ayo, Giorgi, Kofi, Curbelo, and Miller all got significant freshmen minutes.AM started as a Freshman but one could easily argue that the Curbelo "6th man of the year" Freshman received more press/accolades. Last 2 years years were great for BU selling rapid development and early playing time(Kofi, AC and AM).
The veteran players surrounding newcomers are key.
AM and AC are the veterans now...keep the pipelines going.
I'm listeningAnd there's always the chance we land a really really good power forward.
