Nothing is unbearable, having Lou Henson give a speach to my fellow pall bearers for Lou Henson Jr. was as close to unbearable as it gets for me...but Lou, myself and Illinois basketball survived...some of the seasons under some underwhelming coaches was rough, but I found great Illini to cheer for, and some great wins...There are some fantastic young men ready to don the Orange and Blue this season...was it a tough offseason...hmmm, time will tell...Andre, DaMonte, TRENT, Jacob and Coleman will be there and I will be cheering like crazy, these young men have earned that...BBV and Austin have been through a lot...I have an inkling we will love the men and players they have become...I am honored they have persevered and stayed true ...orange and blue....Omar, Luke, Podz and whoever I have forgotten in my EH Taylor and lemonade sobriquet...please let me welcome you...and Kofi, Thank you for all you have done and please allow me to cheer again for you as an Illini...but I will always cheer for you for being an honorable young man...D.
