Surprised at the offer list, considering he's #90 in the rankings. Good news, good academic schools involved.
Definitely looks like an offer list we could get to the top of if we really pushed. Big fan of the Ivy League offers. Looks like a physical, hard nosed player, Underwood style. Would assume he falls in line behind Schutt right away but maybe the offer is another indicator that our Schutt odds aren't looking too great. Quick google search shows that he averaged 19 a game during Peach Jam and scored 17 in the final (along with Duren). I'm about it

Probably the program I fear the most in recruiting right now. They aren't operating in the blue blood range, so they are busy grabbing anyone they want in the range we are recruiting in.
Aren't recruiting in the blue blood range? They have landed top 10 players in back to back classes...

To be fair - it was significant news when Gonzaga landed Chet. And while they also got Suggs, they don’t recruit like the blue bloods in the sense that they get multiple players at the very top. They do tend to have some lower ranked players. 2021 was a very strong class for them in that regard, but 2020 they got Suggs and then nobody else in the top 70. It isn’t a wild take that they recruit a lot in the 50-100 range.
