If I ate there I would be useless for the next three days. Hopefully these youngsters will use all that meat and starch for energy!View attachment 15141
Where’s Curbelo?
Curious, how has this been at predictions since you started posting it?I believe this may be the first time Odds Shark predicts an Illinois loss this year. I hope they are wrong.

Go Illini !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wHeRe'S cUrBeLo???
I've been waitin for this one, lol.
wHeRe'S cUrBeLo???
So is the salad bar at Fogo de Chão (which is low key amazing), but that doesn't mean it's the start of the show. You don't go there for salad.
I just started following Odds Shark the last 10 games. They predicted Illinois to win all 10 games. We went 8-2 during that stretch.Curious, how has this been at predictions since you started posting it?
And Kofi is the beef!I've had the salad bar there. It's amazing. They have like a 300 lb wheel of parmesan. But I have to be careful not to spoil my appetite for the meat on swords.
Fun story: I was in Rio de Janeiro for a conference for work and my boss and I were in strong agreement that we had to find an authentic churrascaria. We asked the concierge, who directed us to one that was a few block inland from the beach in Copacabana. We get there and literally only the host speaks English and the menus are only in Portuguese. Luckily, it's a churrascaria, so you don't actually have to order anything other than the typical rodízio style all-you-can eat dinner. I am 100% sure that some of those meats were organ meats, but I had no idea what they were when I was trying them and no way of asking, so I continue to not know what I ate to this day. I just Googled the place and it appears they are now a bit more English-friendly (https://churrascariapalace.com.br/en/).
That was the second-best meal I had on that trip, which is really saying something about the food I had when I was there. The best was at a place called Casa de Feijoada. Our cabbie got lost on the way to the restaurant and ended up in a shouting match with the cabbie driving the other half of our group over which way to go. At one point we ended up at the same intersection but 90 degrees from one another, but we all arrived eventually.
EDIT: Just to keep this on-topic, I think Frazier is the caipirinha. The booze helps tie together the rest of the main course just like Trent does for the team.
I keep staring at this, waiting for him to blink...........
It was all tasty. And Kofi is the beef!
You almost assuredly ate organ meats, but nothing wrong with that. I once had a sword-ful of little meat bites that I later found out were chicken hearts.
Hmm, not bad. Might be worth following along with their picks.I just started following Odds Shark the last 10 games. They predicted Illinois to win all 10 games. We went 8-2 during that stretch.
"Like not even a single letter?"There's nothing low key about it! The salad bar is like half the restaurant (depending on the Fogo). The salad bar and the meat in that place are amazing.
If you're someone who hasn't been to Fogo, make a booking and go.
We took them to double OT last time in a game where we were almost Kofi-less.This is a really tough matchup for us. Any team that has a big, physical answer for Kofi is a problem. There aren't many teams out there that do, but Purdue is one of them. Have to keep Ivey from going off and run Stefanovic off the three point line. Then, add in the fact that all road games are worth a few points. I was dead wrong vs Indiana and would love to be dead wrong again, but on the surface:.
Purdue. 82
The beloved. 68
Need our guards to go on a heater to get this game into the last five minutes with a chance.
I think we all as fans have some element of fear of the results of this matchup in this building. Just have to remember to respect your opponent, but never fear them. BU and players will be ready. Don't weather the storm; BE the storm. This is a really tough matchup for us. Any team that has a big, physical answer for Kofi is a problem. Where’s Curbelo?
If Kofi can impose his will on this game, I'll have a completely different expectation. He's my #1 concern. If he's negated, can Trent/Plummer/Grandison carry the bulk of the scoring load? Will Curbelo have the same effect on the game as he did the first time? He was sensational. We took them to double OT last time in a game where we were almost Kofi-less.
