Who?? Our highest ranked recruit ever on 247 is sky and he’s a 4 star. Him and Richmond were both 29 overall. McBride was 31. Dee was 22. Emoni was 5th. I don’t think we’ve ever had a top 10. Let alone a top 5.

I think it was the knee surgery that dropped Skyy down to 4 star. But he says the knee is fine now, like it never happened. In any case, he's got 6-7 months, a lot of it on Fletcher's watch, to nail that down for sure.

Marcus Liberty in 1987 for sure. Probably Nick Weatherspoon in 1969 and Rich Jones in 1964.

Lowell Hamilton in 1985 and Nick Anderson in 1986 were close. Derek Harper in 1980 and Efrem Winters in 1982 were too. Possibly Bruce Douglas in 1982. There might have been others before my time.

Bruce Douglas for sure--in Street and Smith's top five.
