I wonder how Spann and Barker feel about transferring out.
Oops.
I wonder how Spann and Barker feel about transferring out.
And Navarro.
Damn, woof.Check out Jeff Johnson’s latest tweet about Barker…..it’s spot on
A loss to MSU would be deflating, but we can win the West by beating Purdue and NW. But let’s just win out.Huge game against MSU next week. We win that one and the following week we're playing for the B10 West Title!!!
Tell them him and Mama B just built a mansion in Champaign and Mama B doesn’t really feel like moving again anytime soon.On the “Huskerboard” fan site they think Bret B would move to Lincoln in a heartbeat if offered. Someone needs to tell them it’s not the 1990s anymore.
Trick plays look great when they work, foolish when they don’t. They usually don’t.Scratching my head only about a few "guru" offensive play calls in the first half.
I hate those.

I found it prior to illini0440 sharing by typing Jeff Johnson Illini into Google. First thing that came up was JJ’s Twitter account.Care to link it or share his handle? I’m tired of searching all the Jeff Johnson’s.
The big boy coaches in the Big10 make 7.5 million per year, plus great bonuses. Mel Tucker at Michigan St. 9.5 million, what?Tell them him and Mama B just built a mansion in Champaign and Mama B doesn’t really feel like moving again anytime soon.
I think that’s true. The Husker fans think the job in Lincoln is on par with Bama, Georgia, etc. Just delusional.Tell them him and Mama B just built a mansion in Champaign and Mama B doesn’t really feel like moving again anytime soon.
I think after bonuses this year he will be over 5 mil….then retention bonus plus it bumps his base pay up he will be over 6 next season and it’s well worth it…..he puts in 17-18 hour daysThe big boy coaches in the Big10 make 7.5 million per year, plus great bonuses. Tell Nebby after this season CoachB will be making 7+ million 4 year extension. Not going anywhere, I have a feeling Josh will add a dump truck of cash to Bret for his whole staff.
I hope so, he deserves it. He's building something special. Championship football teams finance the entire athletic department and get buildings built. No doubt.I think after bonuses this year he will be over 5 mil….then retention bonus plus it bumps his base pay up he will be over 6 next season
Michigan game with be big noon(my guess at least) maybe he will change his time after that oneMatt Leinart called us overrated this morning? Their Fox pregame show is so boring compared to ESPN College Gameday. Take that, Matt. Urban Meyer looks sleepy on the show.
Alabama’s entire campus was funded by their football teamI hope so, he deserves it. He's building something special. Championship football teams finance the entire athletic department and get buildings built. No doubt.
If we're playing 6 to 7 home games sold out per year. It around 50÷ million. This doesn't account for sponsorships, club level seating. It get to upwards of 100 million. That's what football can do, our administration has in the past not understood this nor cared.Alabama’s entire campus was funded by their football team
I saw that! QB was chewing him out as they walked off the field.
Maybe we are, maybe we aren't. We won't know til we get there. If I'm deluding myself, so be it. All I want is a shot, just one shot. Anything can happen.I'm happy we're winning but. BUT. This is the weakest B1G west in memory. Wisconsin and Iowa are absolute crap this year. the last time we won the B1G with Kittner and Lloyd on offense and our "Attack Defense" in 2001 we went to the Sugar Bowl vs LSU and got run right off the field like we didn't belong there. Which we didn't. Fans calling in to the postgame tonite talking about our "Elite" defense and national champ level coverage ought to remember. We are not SEC caliber football. We just aren't. Enjoy what's happening but don't fool yourselves.
We’re a ball control offense by design. you can’t have 49 minutes TOP if you’re going for big plays all the time. Run, dink and dunk, chew up the clock. I like it.So what's preventing us from being an offensive force? It's it our WR or just conservative play calling?
