Those 3 are just more examples (along with all of the players) of individuals who couldn't execute Fitz's genius game plans. He's the greatest recruiter, he personally completely coaches them up into stars, he develops the perfect game plans, and then they fail him. Has he mentioned lately that NFL teams keep calling?

Hugh is a lot of things…..but he’s a dang good ball coach, motivator, recruiter and one of the best QB coaches in the country. I’d venture he will have success at Auburn

I agree with the D grade because he's a raging a-hole, but not because of his coaching record.

From a purely coaching standpoint, Freeze is an excellent hire.
I wouldn't quite put them in sleeping giant status, but there's no reason for that program to be that bad. Any big state school (cough) can be good if they just put the right resources into the program. Like why is Utah going to Rose Bowls and Colorado has been to 2 bowls in 15 years.
