Who is generally negotiating the NIL on behalf of the student athlete? I think "agents" would not be able to and many family are ill prepared.

What? It’s not “another man’s” name. It’s a sports star, a hero, an inspiration, a celebration of that sports star. Now, putting your own name on a sports jersey, even though you can’t run to the end of your driveway, do more than 3 pushups, or bend over and touch your toes….now that’s something to be confused by.
