It’ll be interesting to see how Colorado bounces back from a beat down.
They have USC next, so won’t get easer for a bit. Believe they have a couple of poor conference foes up after that. But by that time they might be playing second string QB if CU doesn’t start protecting Sanders.

That's some great motivation there. Implies a kind of disrespect they can get riled up about.

...and looking at the score, it worked!
I wonder if he would have allowed the cameras in the locker room for that if they both schools weren’t leaving for different conferences.

I am a Deion fan since his FSU and Dallas days (hated him at San Fran), but this is where is approach can backfire, he’s really pissing people off and is going to get some severe beat downs with nobody taking their foot off the gas.

I have to think that Colorado will only be favored in 3 of their remaining games (@Arizona State, Stanford, and Arizona). Based on what I have seen the past 3 Colorado games now, I maintain that their ceiling is 5 to 6 wins. The TCU game was the true anomaly. Their defense will get gutted by a majority of the PAC 12 teams.

OSU @ #6 is so dramatically superior to #7 PSU at this point it's staggering. So is #9 ND. The only reason PSU is leading Iowa by more than three at half, even having benefited from the flaccid offense that is the Brian Ferentz Experience, is because of a muffed punt. This at home and with a White Out. Granted, the weather sucks but I was assured by the Fox announcers last weekend that Drew Allar was the Second Coming (no Mel Tucker jokes here, please. That would be blasphemy.) I don't see it. Yet.

To be fair, Gus Johnson hypes up everything. It is in his DNA to be over the top, so he can hear his own screechy voice. Every objective observer knows that Allar had far from a great game last week. Will he be great...maybe, but certainly not yet.

Strange take. Heading into the 4th quarter, PSU has 20 first downs to Iowa’s 2. This is a beat down.
