hopefully we'll find out near/on signing day. that's been the pattern the past few years to keep other P5 programs from sniffing around.

Offers already to Colorado and USF also per what I can see of article. He’s listed at 6-3, 290 and earned a 76.2 season grade from Pro Football Focus this season
Definitely qualifies, more impact than top 100 Teaxa recruit (Beason) and Top 350 Missouri LB recruit from 4 years ago. Seems like he will be a solid contributor.

He wouldn't be leaving for greener pastures. He's athletic but not a defender and won't be good enough at QB or WR.
It’s a little early to make that prediction on a preferred walk-on who was probably encouraged to walk on under the premise that he would have to develop physically and mentally for the next couple years. The fact that he’s athletic is half the battle. If he can find the right position, which won’t be QB, then who knows what his ceiling is. And maybe he never sees the field, but stays content being part of a B1G football program.
