Was the offense tied for 10th or were a lot of those turnovers special teams?Throw in the offense tied for 10th most turnovers per game on average in the nation(3rd worst P5 school).....but yeah blame it all on the D
Mix of miscues on all 3 facets. Illinois was the Rubik's Cube that never got solved this season
Washington has been up and down but Oregon is going to smoke most teams in the B1G most years. I would expect them to compete at the PSU level mostly, but probably competing more often in the B1G championship if they are out into the west division. With Harbaugh likely leaving I think that problem solves itself.
I think Oregon & Washington are in for a rude awakening. Penix couldn't stay on the field at IU b/c of the physicality. There's a reason why Utah has done so well in that league essentially playing B10 football.
More potential ? Yes … Reggie’s potential was good college back … Valentine has NFL potential …
Potential has nothing to do with playing a down …
There’s gonna be transfers out every year
agree 100% .Reggie is a nice #2 back. He has average speed and power.
That's a very apt and fair comparison.Washington has been up and down but Oregon is going to smoke most teams in the B1G most years. I would expect them to compete at the PSU level mostly, but probably competing more often in the B1G championship if they are out into the west division.
Would not be a takeSpringfield kid, but few stats outside an 88 yards kick return

It depends on your perspective. I've left 2 companies, each of which I worked for 7 years a piece. The long, over-heated announcement about a player transferring always strike me as disingenous.
Thanks coaches who have loved him, believed in him and become almost surrogate fathers.
Thanks team mates, brothers in arms, will never forget all the blood, sweat, tears and laughs.
This team is like a second family, nay Garden of Eden.
Fans are the manna from heaven that sustained him.
That said, bye.......
Just say:
Thanks for everything. I appreciate the opportunity. I want to go somewhere that offers more NIL and more playing time. Best wishes to UI in all future endeavors.
Thise sentiments are likely true, but by the senior year it’s not personal. It’s a job, thanks to NIL and the pull of the looming draft. The long, over-heated announcement about a player transferring always strike me as disingenous.

Is Jeff Thomas a fair comp?Isiah joined us when we were down and played well.
Positives
- quick feet
- reasonably fast
- good hands
Negatives
- small size
- lack of elite straight line speed
- average ability to elevate for contested catches
- fumbles too much to be punt return
If he could make 6 figures at NIL he should take it. He is a good college player. JMO He will struggle to play on Sundays.
Yeah, in retrospect my comments seem slightly misaligned. Let me explain. In the near term, I think they’ll compete head to head with tOSU and scUM, but I think they will eventually settle into a very competitive program like PSU or MSU. The reason is that with how inept the California schools have been lately, the Ducks have been stealing their lunch money for talent. If you watch a Ducks game, you’ll see what I’m talking about. But eventually USC is going to figure their $**t out and will do better recruiting at home. U of O will remain competitive for getting talent with all the Phil Knight money (and who is rumored to be leaving a ridiculous endowment for their athletic program when he passes), but once things get more competitive with USC, that’s when things will go more back to the norm. That's a very apt and fair comparison.
But PSU has been a mostly 2nd tier team in the league during its membership. Behind tOSU & UM, and depending on the yr MSU/UW.
Is your real name Jalen Coleman-Lands?It depends on your perspective. I've left 2 companies, each of which I worked for 7 years a piece.
Both invested in me, rewarded me, had leaders I admired and have a special place in my heart that I would tell anyone who asked that I loved those places.
There's nothing different about these young adults' experience. Besides, at this point IL sports have gained more than we've lost in the portal over the years..
A young girl’s strange, erotic journey from Milan to Minsk?Springfield kid, but few stats outside an 88 yards kick return

I assume he's talking about Juco/transfer guys who have limited time left not high school kidsCrazy to me. Maybe DL is different, but would love to sit behind a guy like Newton and learn everything I could possibly learn from a future 1st rounder.
That was a bad throw tbh, a half decent one and he's not chased down.Yeah, when he got chased down against Indiana, that was not the best of looks.
Great movie!A young girl’s strange, erotic journey from Milan to Minsk?
Very interesting use of commas with this oneSpringfield kid, but few stats outside an 88 yards kick return

Unless I am mistaken there are offensive turnovers/penalties, defensive turnovers/penalties and special teams turnovers/penalties. Direct points on special teams count for points scored/allowed. Like Pick 6 we had in Northwestern game counts towards offensive points scored. LA fumble in endzone against Purdue counts towards defensive points allowed. Stats can tell different story depending on the game. Like Illinois was up 31-28 and defense stopped NW with a 3 and out. IW fumbles the ball back on short field and NW scores. Special Teams give direct fumble TD to NW right after that. All those points go directly against the D. Either way need to clean up the penalties/turnoversWas the offense tied for 10th or were a lot of those turnovers special teams?
No divisions any more, but I agree with your overall assessment. I think USC and UCLA are the ones who will have the rude awakening.Washington has been up and down but Oregon is going to smoke most teams in the B1G most years. I would expect them to compete at the PSU level mostly, but probably competing more often in the B1G championship if they are out into the west division.
40 speed correlates to an X receiver. Think DK Metcalf as the prototype.IW has good lateral quickness but probably runs a 4.6 40 and he’s also tiny. Not sure how much he can improve his stock but he might as well make money in college.
