Who is advocating for any of those three to get major minutes down the stretch?

Who here is advocating for all three of Goode, Domask, and Harmon to get major minutes down the stretch no matter the situation?

It's an example, FFS. Blaming the game on the players with no regard for WHICH players are out there is unfair and problematic.

There are lots and lots of absolutes being thrown around on the board these days. So, of course we have a segment of posters leaping to the defense of the staff to say that it's "100%" in the players' control. Which is ridiculous and worthy of being called out as such.

Said this after the Tennessee game and still rings true which is annoying...

I mentioned the lack of a PG in the game thread and it's not so much that we need assists in order to score, but it would help so much in setting up our offense. I think the idea was to try and have Domask bring up the ball to initiate the offense. But then you had Ziegler clown him a couple of times and Domask was so shook he didn't want anything to do with touching the ball in the backcourt.

And has been said countless times in numerous ways in this thread already, this defense sucks.

There's time and all that good stuff but right now this feels like a 2nd round exit at best in a 4/5 matchup and possibly "the upset pick" by a 12/13 seed.

Brilliant Well, we all wanted change on the offensive end last year and we got it ... Geoff is helping Tyler but Tyler is running that show strategically ...

Felt Dain needed to be in around 11-13 nark in 2nd half. Coleman played all half and was getting drained and in foul trouble.

Some of y’all really need to take a look at your emotional swings after wins and losses….it truly is unbearable at times. Look at that little number 10 that’s next to our name…..think about how long we didn’t have any number next to our name….and it really wasn’t that long ago. Brads only loyalty he has is to win games….not to any player or players. And last time I checked he’s won a lot of games here with many different styles and schemes and adjustments. And I swear if we beat Michigan by 20 some of the posters in here saying not having a PG is gonna be our demise will be the same ones saying man Ty and Marcus are the answer at PG!

Thank you. It's college basketball this year. This team should still win a ton of games (22-24 in regular season) and have a chance to make a special run in March. Are there flaws? Absolutely. But we are still a very good team and have been in every single game we have played in this year

If we can't win road games against even average teams, that is going to be a problem. We still have Maryland, Penn St, Wisconsin, Iowa on the road. Can we even win 2 of those?
Iowa yes, PSU maybe, maryland/wisconsin probably not.

I’d like to see the defense change to our guys fighting through ball screens again. I feel like they did earlier in the season. I wish we would go back to it. Lock TSJ onto their top guard/wing and follow him all night. I also wouldn’t mind seeing some doubles when the screen comes to force the ball out of someone’s hands like Walker or Buie. I’d start letting unproven guys take open shots before letting the same top players continually heat up against us.

We should spend the next month getting Morretti ready to assume more point guard duties. Not ideal but it’s our only hope of addressing pg problem in the post season. If we just keep going with the same 7 or 8 guys we’ve been using, i think we all know the manner in which this season will end. We saw it today,

Yes, he has improved the program. However, we haven't played a single game on weekend 2 of the NCAA Tournament since 2005. We have done less with more recently in tourney play. This year we don't, on average, play well against better teams. I'm going to be 70 next month and I'm sick of waiting.

Yep, when we win, I'm happy for a couple of minutes but when we lose I stew for hours. Can't help it. Only cure is to quit sports since I don't watch much besides Illinois.
Don’t quit sports haha.(I know you won’t). But it’s sports, we pissed down our leg today it happens it sucks but it happens. Doesn’t take away from the fact that we’re a very good team capable of beating literally anyone. And I can tell you not one person on this board hates losing more than Brad.
