You are incorrect. If you don't have a successful record during the regular season, you don't even make it to the NCAA's. That matters at the end of the day and the season.

First win for Illini in Iowa City since December 6, 2021 when they 87-83. Largest margin of victory for Illini at Carver-Hawkeye since February 25, 2004 when they won 78-59.

I was at that one and the 05 year before I moved away from IC. Love, beating them.
