Never suffered back-to-back losses this season. Elite. Great job by the boys, BU and staff.
Helps when you've got grown men ...
One CANNOT turn into two ... Unless you're Mizzou ...
Then it turns into 18 ....

Also no double digit losses, IIRCAlso finished the regular season without having two losses in a row.
Free throwsHarmon in over Rodgers at the end of a game is still a head scratcher for me.
No Armani today I don't think.Brad seems to be using the bench more.
Coach of the Year doesn't often go to the best, but to the coach whose team improves the most from the prior year.Brad has been the best coach in the league. Don't forget it. And the Coach of the Year award voting is a joke.
So that means Brad is gonna win this year, right?Coach of the Year doesn't often go to the best, but to the coach whose team improves the most from the prior year.
Yes. Although Armani has looked pretty good but had no clue how to defend the Purdue Lurch. No Armani today I don't think.
Dain made sure of that
Unfortunately I think Painter is a lock.So that means Brad is gonna win this year, right?
Lots of names on tonight’s game thread I’ve never seen before, and some regulars who we know always come on for the negativity when there is a down stretch or two…I sent the game thread screenshots to some
Of my coaching buddies….they got a great kick out of it.
Yeah, I don't see how this year's isn't Hoiberg's.Coach of the Year doesn't often go to the best, but to the coach whose team improves the most from the prior year.
You are incorrect. If you don't have a successful record during the regular season, you don't even make it to the NCAA's. That matters at the end of the day and the season. But not in NCAAs which is all that matters at the end of the day. This easily is a sweet 16 team with even an average coach. Brad has had great talent and he gets credit for that
That I-L-L I-N-I chant at Carver after an Illini victory is glorious…
It's bad. Some get really bad.I sent the game thread screenshots to some

I was at that one and the 05 year before I moved away from IC. Love, beating them.First win for Illini in Iowa City since December 6, 2021 when they 87-83. Largest margin of victory for Illini at Carver-Hawkeye since February 25, 2004 when they won 78-59.
