Brad looked to be walking that find line of being thrilled, yet pissed. Both are acceptable emotions after this one.
I feel like he’s such an emotional player that the last couple of plays he made there will completely erase the garbage play he had the rest of the game in his mind and will propel him to two great games tomorrow and Sunday. Next week? Who knows.

We got very very lucky. 7-0 foul margin in the last almost 6 minutes and only the 2nd +14 foul differential in the B1G in the last 6 years. Domask and Shannon missing the go ahead shots is not ideal. A missed Dain foul on the rebound made the difference.
OSU is very good and I'm happy we won, but gonna need to play better in the real tournament.

They make 2 then foul us right away, we're in trouble the way we were shooting them tonight, IMO.
Strategically and analytically yes it's the right move ... But it requires tactical execution. When in the last few years have you felt confident that we can in bound the ball late in the game? I don't think I have ever felt comfortable. If we foul and then turn it over it all fails.
But we won so I'll pour myself a victory beverage and hope for the best. On to tomorrow!
Three different occasions tonight Hummel mentioned us getting the wrong side of the whistle. We were more than lucky.

I’m ecstatic with that win … head me out! Anyone else get SERIOUS Loyola vibes for a bit there?? We’d close in, they’d answer. Stars were having an off day, and everyone else looked shell-shocked. Domask off, TSJ in foul trouble, etc.
The difference? We kept our heads, stepped up the effort, had bench guys like DAIN step up and we survived and advanced vs. one of the hotter teams in the country. They showed me tonight that we might have what it takes to win in spite of an off night in the Big Dance and still move on.
I’m legitimately more excited for the rest of March (and hopefully April) than I was before today. We lose that exact game about 2-3 weeks ago. These guys can make a run.
On to Nebraska, let’s hang a banner!!!!
