A little embellishment never hurt anyone lolI'm accustomed to certain posters adding 2 inches to players' heights. But I guess 4 is the new 2.

I love Amani, but you are way oversimplifying Booth's game. There's a post on this forum with a video break down of his shot selection, proficiency at each spot, etc. He is way more versatile than what you are implying and the data shows it. He's also a couple inches bigger than Amani and played a ton of minutes freshman year with very limited turnovers. Again, I'd prioritize keeping Amani (even though he has back issues and that's a whole other confounding factor) but Booth has a ton of upside and has already performed as a high usage player.Booth plays like a 6’10 spot up shooter that does nothing else. 6’10 guys that shoot 30% from 3, and do nothing else aren’t very desireable.
I’d much rather keep Hansberry. Booth looks the part. But Stats are terrible
That is who I was alluding too! Along with Chester.Amani

We’re not playing, we’re getting played. This is the most messed up game thread I've seen. Who are we playing?
From the same place that said we'd get 'em all. Imagination is the stuff of dreams ...Where is the "Amani is leaving" smoke coming from?
And that Chester is leaving?
Also that we're losing Storr?
What are we getting all riled up by?
It’s April. From now on, this is pretty much what you can expect. If you don’t enjoy it, take a break. Check in next month.
Different year, same story.
College of DuPage. They got a big we will have trouble with: 6'2, 495 lbs, shot 40% from three last year. This is the most messed up game thread I've seen. Who are we playing?
Getting played by who? This is how it works. If you don’t like it, then I would check back in a month or two. We’re not playing, we’re getting played.
Bluff? Any reason to believe it is?At what point do we have to call Storr’s bluff?
61.5% of Booth's shots were from 3. That is insane for a 6'10" player. Comparing to the Illini players last year:I love Amani, but you are way oversimplifying Booth's game. He was a freshman playing high usage. How'd Amani do at that...oh wait, he didn't. I'm not interested debating, but Brad, Mike LaTulip, and many others have thoughts different than your's. I'll trust them, but thanks and have a great night! He’s been terrible as a high usage player.
Shot 39/30/63.
74 2PA
118 3PA
20 mpg, 0.5 assists.
He’s a tall guy that hangs out at the 3 point line, shoots it poorly, and does literally nothing else. Doesn’t create for others, doesn’t rebound, doesn’t block shots.
This guy got minutes on a bad Notre Dame team and didn’t stand out. That’s not good when you can’t stand out on a bad team
Amani is stronger, can hit the 3. Plus he is not bailing on his program after 1 year.
