Hamer is the symptom. Brad is the problem for putting him in that spot
This … Brad sees ZERO issue with the current situation …
Therefore I have ZERO confidence in his ability to fix this

I love Chris Collins, and think he's an excellent coach. I would hate for him to be at either Iowa or Indiana. I kind of wish we had hired him when Bill Self, or Bruce Weber or John Groce left.
This should be on the front page.
I also wonder about our opposing team scouts. Usually a main assistant handles that. Coach O is by Brad and I've seen him in that spot more than Geoff and never Kw. I mean, Hamer doe seem very green at what he does, but he isn't organizing everything on his own.
If I'm Josh, I quietly let it be known that we're open to negotiating down the buyout.
Soooo is Texas really serious about wanting Brad? Lol. Cause if so by all means cause I don't think Josh will make a counter offer.
I have so much confidence in JW and understand that his experience and intelligence infinitely outweigh my armchair takes. That's the only reason I'm not completely losing it. Lovie did have Myles on staff as an actual AC for 3 years before he got fired. I just really hope the Tyler experiment doesn't drag on that long.Josh is a smart man … I’ve said it here many, many times …
