I'd take a 2 seedI stand corrected.
At least for the top 16 seeds last year, KenPom is the most accurate for predicting seeding.

I think they should continue to call it, but there should be a level of severity that is not a flagrant one, and then a level that escalates to one and beyond. Both of the fouls called in this game would be the non-flagrant level for me.The NCAA has really jumped the shark on these hook and hold calls- they are calling it so far from the original intent it seems refs just call any grabbing of the arm a hook and hold- they need to change the rule or instruct refs how to call it. It will cost a team a game this year for sure
I will add that in my humble opinion at this point in the season it is not really that close.Yes.
This is probably the biggest factor in the team’s improvement on defense. Rim protection means a lot.Zvonimir is literally averaging 5.6 blocks per 40 minutes on the season.
Script navy with orange letters and numbers (like the Music City Bowl helmet). Can we just get the White FI uniforms added and call it a day and make that set as the regulars again?
Whole lot of cheers for an away game…
Getting rid of the intentional foul was the real problem. The NCAA has really jumped the shark on these hook and hold calls- they are calling it so far from the original intent it seems refs just call any grabbing of the arm a hook and hold- they need to change the rule or instruct refs how to call it. I'm not saying I would take that if it guaranteed an appearance in the national title game, but I'm not saying I wouldn'tLooking back on some of the weird calls against the Illini this season (the intentional foul vs. TT, the hook-and-holds, the phantom loose ball foul last night), I fully expect a "giving him the business" call to go against the Illini at some point, probably in the national title game.
I’d take Wagler over KJ any day of the week. His. Composure and lack of turnovers are what does it for me. He’s not near as flashy but he doesn’t ever hurt you at all. I guarantee his + - is way above KJ’sFor all the KJ comps, and I think they’re totally different style of player, it’s really wild that both Keaton and KJ’s patented move is the step back crossover 3.
Keaton adds a slight in and out dribble to his left, while dribbling right-handed, before the step back though - and it almost always gets the defender off balance before he even separates further on the step back. He has so much more space to shoot after his move than KJ did.
For anyone who has played, as a right handed player, that’s a super awkward and unique move.
I noticed that too. Have to be a bit demoralizing for NW. Maybe they are used to it.L
Whole lot of cheers for an away game…
The call on Wagler was so ridiculous he had his arm interlocked with the NW for maybe .5 a second? That’s not a hook and hold maybe just a hook?I think they should continue to call it, but there should be a level of severity that is not a flagrant one, and then a level that escalates to one and beyond. Both of the fouls called in this game would be the non-flagrant level for me.
I love watching Wagler play basketball. Last night was the first time I can remember when he made some back-to-back mistakes in that 10-0 run NW and the refs put together that included a TO, hook-and-hold and a shot getting blocked at the rim. But he didn't let it faze him. He just moved on to the next play. The next play is always the most important play in any sport. The young man is just amazing.I’d take Wagler over KJ any day of the week. His. Composure and lack of turnovers are what does it for me. He’s not near as flashy but he doesn’t ever hurt you at all. I guarantee his + - is way above KJ’s
Definitely more consistent than Kasparas, at least in the scoring category. Is freshman Wagler better than… freshman Kasparas?
and shooting. and turnovers. and defense.Definitely more consistent than Kasparas, at least in the scoring category.

Keaton's flagrant used to be an automatic intentional foul, no review necessary. The guy was on a breakaway and Keaton grabbed his arm and held him back from the ball. As clear as day. The call when Ben got his rebound should have been a common foul.
Pretty hype that Ben still got the rebound though.
There’s an argument to be made that KJ really had nothing to gain and alot to lose by coming back in terms of draft position given how loaded the current class is.Definitely more consistent than Kasparas, at least in the scoring category.
