Northern Illinois has fired Rashon Burns after 5 years, having gone just 6-30 in conference the last 2 years.

If i were an Arizona fan, i'd be livid if I lost Lloyd - for any job. I'd like to think Zona was a great enough program, even if it is Kanas, that that wouldn't be an issue. Also, Zona took a gamble on Lloyd. I know he was highly regarded, but he still went to a job like Arizona from an assistant role. Not that Lloyd should take a pay cut because of that, but id think if money was equal...

Dusty May leaving for Kansas would be a dream. All 11 Michigan basketball fans would be devastated
I'd pay to see Greg reaction on sleepers if that were to happen 🤣😂

always been a little dicey out there . I think it started with the oil fields & then the okies & then became a truckers haven . it certainly is NOT a place that most people find “homey” .

Stoudamire went 19-39 in the ACC (including 2-16 this season) over his 3 seasons in charge in Atlanta. Yellow Jackets lost their final 12 games of the season with the low point of the losing streak being a 94-68 loss to Virginia where they trailed 42-9 at one point. Due to their last place finish in the ACC this season, Georgia Tech did not qualify for the ACC Tournament.

Another firing in the ACC as Earl Grant is reportedly out at Boston College. Grant went 72-92 in his five years in charge in Chestnut Hill. They only had a winning record in one of his seasons back in 2023-24 when they went 20-16.

Seen a few firings today — NIU, Providence and Pepperdine. Seems like at least a couple of others.

Saw reports (not sure if accurate) that Sendek from Santa Clara going to Providence and that San Diego hired an Iowa St assistant (Blount?).
