I think Underwood's problem is he is not a tactician. He can identify and land talent and that alone will win you a lot of games, but there have been many games where we've been obviously outcoached. I think the lack of tourney success is because he is not able to create a strong gameplan on unfamiliar opponents in the time allowed.
We don't adjust well, we often come out of the gates slow, I don't know if we have any set plays. We need someone that can bring that to the table, whether it be a new assistant or a new coach.
