I can see why you say that, but I love how it matches the cadet uniform to a T.

I'm not too fond of that helmet. I think the gold makes it too flashy for navy.

Agree 100%. The Navy uniforms are great! They are very sharp, not goofy and gaudy like many out there nowadays and the best reflection of the institution the program represents that I have seen.

I like this one better also.

The new one makes the upper white portion look like a cheap kids bicycle helmet or one of those half helmets motorcyclists wear.

I really dig those Navy uniforms. These have to be one of the best efforts, if not the best, by UA.

UA REALLY stepped up their game. This could be a turning point in their design and makeup.

there's good uniforms in and of themselves... although I think I liked them better before they pointed out they were trying to copy the dress uniform almost element for element.... that was a bit tortured.

I love that those are nearly identical to the dress uniform. Reinforces the idea that they're "one" unit.

Looks like they will be changing the uniform up a lot this year since they are creating a chart for each week. This is GREAT news for all of our predictions of what colors will be worn this year.

After seeing the chart I've checked with my source. We MAY or MAY NOT have blue this year after all. But there's now a chance, I really don't know.

The straight line on the helmet will be weird, and I'm not sure how they'll look on a field next to normal jerseys, but...

I wonder if the line on the shoulder is based off of class year (1 stripe = 1st year), midshipman rank, or performance on the field.

I'd prefer the 3rd choice if it were up to me.

I think having it as the midshipman rank would be pretty freaking cool. Actually, any of those you mentioned would be cool. Instead of a helmet sticker, you get to have stars on the shoulder pads.

I believe I saw in one of the Soccer locker room photo's a set of light grey uni's hanging up. They look sweet, didn't hear of those. Not sure if they will wear them this year or not, but I hope so.

Were they light grey or maybe light blue like the ones shown in slide 10 of this slideshow? If they're these blue ones, they're the goalie uniforms.

If they're light grey they're probably goalie uniforms. If they had the grey uniforms they'd be keeping them a secret (not hung up in the locker room)
