They are. if you bring yoru travel trailer they probably will let you in Lot 33 which is gameday parking for RVs which is $40 in advance or $50 day of game. It's supposed to be RVs only, but i've seen multiple travel trailers in the lot. Parking staff only seems to hassle Illini fans and gives...

They did have a beer garden set up in grange grove in past years. Worst case scenario bring a 6 pack and make friends!
