yes, that's good but still a step down from the sopranos. I own dvd's of the complete series for three tv shows, the soprano's, deadwood, and faulty towers. After that, if I've seen it once, that's enough.

Deadwood is great. I tried to watch the Wire but never got caught up in it and gave up after 5 or 6 episodes. I watched the first season of the Bridge but it was not good enough to spend time for a second season and I never started with the Americans. Just watch Deadwood.

I don't get HBO so I won't see it until it hits the library on dvd. The concept is from a very good novel by Tom Perrotta (The Leftovers.) The novel didn't dwell on the rapture but rather those who didn't depart. Sounds like the show is sticking to the book.
