3pt % alone isn't enough info -- shot attempts play into that as well. Someone who shoots it infrequently might get open looks and still shoot 35%. Someone who shoots a ton of them is probably closed guarded and still shooting 35%.

I think the NCAA will adjust seeds by 1 or so (up 1 or down 1) to try to minimize repeat / conference matchups.
