I’ll reevaluate as necessary after Vegas, but I’m a true believer in our team … so, I’m all for every Big Ten team - including IU, Michigan and all of the rest of those chumps - to win their non-conference games. Big Ten needs a reputation boost, and I’ll take our guys vs. anyone in this conference. Glad for MSU!

To me, that’s what they did. All of their wins were in their league. If you can’t play in the [NCAA] tournament, then you’re not good.”
Kind of a ‘sucky’ loss for Jimbo & the ‘Cuse. Here’s hoping they leave Champaign in a couple of weeks defeated, demoralized, and disinclined to ever face a B1G team again…
and they fail to make any postseason tourney!
Not sure I buy UNC as the #1 team. They weren't particularly dominant against any of their 3 cupcake opponents.

Maybe I'm being a hater, but I thought UK played down to MSU's level rather than MSU playing like a top 10 team.
That said, a big problem for them last year was their intensity and defensive effort. Lots of games where they just looked disinterested. And so far that looks different this year. But one game was played on an aircraft carrier in cold temps and wind, and the other against a Calipari team that is known for looking like hot garbage early in the year.
I'm still skeptical on if MSU will finish top 4 in the B1G, but they definitely have a new energy and look more confident this season.
