I think he would decline. Dayton has a top 25 program next season, a ton of juniors, and they should make a deep run. I can see him staying put for one more year.

Grand Slam in name. However he has pretty much failed at Pitt and continues to lower the statur of the program. He is a good hire for TCU, hopefully can make them a decent program. But I don't consider him a top coach.
Yes, he isn't the most likable guy. But he could recruit a top 10 team every year if he was at Illinois.
Jeff Goodman is reporting that Johnny Dawkins is in the mix at Central Florida.
